Mounting Health Issues Left Jan Overwhelmed & Desperate For Help
I emailed Tracy at the beginning of March 2026 pretty desperate for help.
Over the Autumn & Winter of 2025 I had felt my strength leaving me & that I was getting less fit, which was depressing. I
had a couple of months with a very painful & inflamed sciatic nerve, due to exercising carelessly & suddenly, when unfit. (I could only walk upstairs with the right foot first on each step, not alternate feet) I had a month of flu type things in Dec.
I was eating badly & sitting far too much.
Walking the ten minutes up a gentle slope from town to home I was having to stop to draw breath.
During 2025 I was pre-diabetic.
I have had lots of trouble with severe heartburn, sent for two gastroscopies & put on medication. I have a hiatus hernia.
Somethings had to change.
I was putting on weight and could not fit into most of my clothes.

In three months I have had: a 2 stone weight loss; lost 1.5 inches round my upper arm; 2 inches round my thigh & 7 INCHES ROUND MY MIDSECTION!

My husband, as an active person, is delighted at my success. He has started to use my weights in his daily exercise routine.
By just seeing what I am doing, a family member and a good friend have also begun to exercise more.
I’m Now A Slim Old Person Not A Fat One
I am now ‘the old person’ I always wanted to be - a slim old person, not a fat one.
My body misses the exercise now when I don’t have it. I feel that I can try new types, new classes. After all I now fit into my swimming costumes again. Maybe I will get try bike out.
Increased Confidence, Effective Process, Quick Results & Lasting Changes
Tracy’s combination of exercise & good eating has been brilliant. I now feel that much of what I have done for the last three months will stay with me for life.
The main message I want to pass on is that it is NEVER too late. I had my 76th birthday in December 2025. In December 2026 I will be 77.
The plan that Tracy helps you follow does need commitment, determination & some time to make sure you have the right food in & the time to exercise. But it is hugely worth it.
I was amazed how effective it is & quickly I saw results. After two & a half weeks I had lost five & a half pounds & one inch off my upper arm.
I am utterly delighted with my increased fitness & decreased size & weight.
