Suitable for intermediate fitness levels.
A fast paced high energy class focused on working in your fat burning zone.
Sprints, HIIT's and plenty of resistance to tone and work your legs.

Tuesday's
1O:15-11:15am
S A S- Spinning, HIIT, Strength
Suitable for all fitness levels. This class is insanely addictive.
Combining Spinning, HIIT and weights for an all round fast, fun and effective workout.


Wednesday's
5:OO-5:45pm
Spin Class- Turn n Burn
Suitable for intermediate fitness levels.
A fast paced high energy class focused on working in your fat burning zone.
Sprints, HIIT's and plenty of resistance to tone and work your legs.

Thursday's 
7:45-8:3Opm
Spin Class- Glo-Cycle
Suitable for mixed fitness levels.
A vibrant class with special lighting to create 'Glow'.
Working through all the aerobic zones. Adding extra energy and motivation
for hill climbs with pumping music.

Friday's
1O:OO-1O.45am
Spin Class- Club Cycle
Suitable for beginners to intermediate fitness levels.
Cycling to motivate and push each other to achieve more.
A class packed with camaraderie for a good all round workout
to improve aerobic stamina, fitness, legs and glutes.

Spin Class- Night Rider
Suitable for anyone who likes being on a bike.
This class will challenge you mentally and physically.
Get ready to dig deep and find your inner strength as I push you to get to the top.

Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.

  • You will have your own state of the art ICG bike with enhanced digital technology for a memorable workout experience.

  • Booked 'no show' classes must be paid for.
