£8 a class for your own top notch bike with enhanced technology.
Mondays
5:00-5:45pm
Spin Class- Turn n Burn
Suitable for intermediate fitness levels.
A fast paced high energy class focused on working in your fat burning zone.
Sprints, HIIT's and plenty of resistance to tone and work your legs.
Tuesdays
10:30-11:15am
Spin Class- S A S- Spinning, HIIT, Strength
Suitable for all fitness levels. This class is insanely addictive.
Combining Spinning, HIIT and weights for an all round fast, fun and effective workout.
Tuesdays
8:00-8:45pm
Spin Class Cardio Burn 🔥
Suitable for mixed fitness ability.
Focused on building aerobic stamina, endurance & pace & power using RPM (speed) & WATT (output).
Wednesdays
5:00-5:45pm

Suitable for all fitness levels. This class is insanely addictive.
Get your energy flowing & heart pumping at the start of your day.
Perfect for those who enjoy morning workouts.

Spin Class- S A S- Spinning, HIIT, Strength
This class is suitable for beginners to spin. Anyone looking to improve aerobic fitness levels,
cardiovascular health whilst taking it steady & enjoying the experience of getting fitter.
Combining Spinning & weights section for an all round effective workout.
Fridays
5:15-6:00pm
Spin Class & Ultimate Abs!
Suitable for mixed fitness ability.
A brand new class combing 35 minutes of spin & 10 minutes of stomach toning exercises.
If you want to get fit, burn fat, tone up your mid-section & get definition & tone... this class is ideal for you.
Saturdays
9:15-10:00am
Spin Class- Colour Zones Fitness Training
Suitable for all fitness levels. Personalise your bike settings to track your individual ride.
Improve your aerobic stamina & endurance using watt rate & functional training thresholds.
Making fitness more colourful with every turn! See how long you can spend in each of your aerobic colour zones?
Saturdays
5:00-6:00pm
Spin Class- Stronger | Fitter | Faster
Suitable for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
A fast paced high energy class focused on working in your fat burning zone. This is a dynamic multipeak class!
Sprints, HIIT's and plenty of resistance to tone and work your legs.

Each Spinning Class is limited to 15 people.

You will have your own state of the art ICG bike with enhanced digital technology for a memorable workout experience.

Booked 'no show' classes must be paid for.
