Physical, mental & emotional pain is hard…(especially when you can’t exercise/train/workout)! Recovery is taking everything I have.... BUT...



Every message & connection I feel from you is like a powerful force field of energy lifting me higher every day…

So I want to THANK YOU for sending me such personal, inspiring, empathetic, compassionate & supportive messages… from notes, poems, cards, books, texts to emails

I have read them all & I will continue to do so.

Today-

✔️ I’m able to do 10 steps & I’ve mastered the stairs

✔️I can talk/ think more coherently

✔️I didn’t/couldn’t sleep for 10 nights but I’m managing a few hours now

✔️I’ve created a progressive exercise plan for myself that I’m doing daily

✔️My sodium levels are now in range

✔️ I’m off morphine

.

You are a huge motivation in my journey. It’s giving me accountability, purpose & meaning.

.

I’d give anything right now to jump high, skip & squat, dance & step, jog & run, ride a bike, gallop on a horse!

.

Please have a little move for me (& you) today thank you- then I can feel it vicariously.
