💪Here’s my 2019 NEW YEAR Group Exercise Class Timetable for Kendal- Now Live On-Line week 1- It’s starts on Thursday 3rd January. You can see the full list of classes, times and days below.

With the widest range of pay as you go group exercise classes in South Lakes & Cumbria to help you get fit, keep fit & stay fit. Whatever your starting point I am personally here to support, motivate & guide you on your journey.

2019 Group Exercise Classes on the Timetable include; ‘Bounce n Burn’ Mini Trampoline Fitness, Aerial Yoga, IN10SITY® HIIT with GRIT, Foam Rolling , Deep Stretches & Core Training, Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump & HIIT, Blitz, Combat & HIIT, Step, Mission to Condition, Zumba® Dance, Power Pump Circuit & Interval Training & Club Core & More.

*** All classes are open & pay as you go from £4-£8 for men & women.

*** I provide all the kit including weights, balls, steps & mats for Yoga & Pilates.

10.00-11.00am- Zumba Dance®

11.00-12. 00pm Beginners Pilates & Stretch

12.00-1.15pm- Body Pump & Tabata HIIT working with weights for body tone & intervals for fat loss

1.30-2. 30pm- Aerial Yoga for beginners

MONDAY EVENINGS

5.00- 5.45pm- IN1OSITY HIIT

5.45-6.15pm- ULTIMATE Abs Blast- Tone up your stomach, flatter Abs

6.15-7.15pm- Yoga- to release deep tension in your muscles & improve your flexibility ideal for RUNNERS,

7.15-8.15pm- Cardio Blitz, Combat, Tabata H.I.I.T & abs amazing cardio & toning class combined

8.15-9.15pm- Pilates for Fitness, Tone & Stretches

TUESDAYS MORNINGS

9.15-10.15am- Pilates & Stretches

10.15- 11.30am- Body Pump & HIIT for beginners- tone up, lower body fat%

5.15-6.00pm- Club Core & More + Food, Fitness, Body Tone, Core Strength, Nutrition, Behaviour & Motivation,

6.00-7.00pm- Step, Cardio & Core

7.00-8.00pm- ‘Bounce n Burn’- Mini Trampolining Fitness

8.00-9.00pm Pilates & Stretches for all levels

7.30-8.30am- Aerial FIT for beginners

9.10-10.25am- Body Pump & Tabata HIIT working with weights for tone & intervals for fat loss

10.30-11.30am- Gentle Yoga & Relax

11.30-12.30am- Foundation Pilates for beginners & Improvers

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS

5.00-6.15pm Body Pump & Tabata HIIT working with weights for tone & intervals for fat loss

6.15-7.30pm Body Pump & Tabata HIIT working with weights for tone & intervals for fat loss

7.30-8.15pm- Mission to Condition with weights, matwork & mini ball- Tone & Tighten #LEAN

10.00-10.45am- Club Core & More + Food, Fitness, Body Tone, Core Strength, Nutrition, Behaviour & Motivation, Fat loss & Personal Measurements Tracking every 6 weeks

11.00- 12.00- Aerial Yoga
