Who else wants to get rid of cellulite? What is it & what causes it? By taking a natural targeted approach you can reduce it & banish it. Here are my Top 5 Tips (below) that everyone should know about for REDUCING CELLULITE & banishing the dimples! Having cellulite can really affect your body confidence & make you want to hide certain parts of your body….

WHAT CAUSES CELLULITE? Stress, slow metabolism, lack of physical exercise, alteration of the connective tissue structure, hormone changes (thyroid, insulin, adrenaline), genetics, fat levels, circulation issues (limiting blood flow), bad diet, dehydration & overall body fat levels.

WHAT IS CELLULITE? It is secretion of fat within fibrous connective tissue collecting mainly at the top of your legs, hips, bum & lower abs. It has a dimpled, uneven appearance on the surface of your skin. It is not a medical condition it is just fat underneath the skin. The fat appears bumpy because it pushes against the connective tissue. You do not have to be overweight to get cellulite, anyone can have it.

1- Increasing your physical activity exercise levels-

Stimulating lymphatic flow- Rebounding (mini trampolining) has been scientifically proven to reduce cellulite. Also increasing your physical activity levels & aerobic exercise will stimulate your blood flow, circulation. Working with weights will tone up your muscles & reduce your body fat levels reducing the appearance of cellulite & stopping it from increasing over time.

2- Eating Clean & drinking plenty of water-

Quitting processed foods, sugary sweet foods & drinks & increasing your natural fresh foods will go a long way to reducing cellulite quickly. Being dehydrated also makes cellulite a lot worse. Make sure you are drinking at least 2 litres of water each day.
