Re-opening 1st August What I'm excited to share with you today: ✔I am launching a 'Welcome back' Summer Class timetable from 1st August- 6 September to give us a chance to ; re-orientate, re-connect, build confidence, strength and fitness back up. ✔'Live' Classes and Face to Face in-house classes will be combined on the timetable. ✔I will be continuing to teach 'Live' online classes. ✔I will be continuing to evolve and deliver new weekly pre-recorded videos through the Online Workout Monthly Members Studio. . I'VE MISSED YOU.... and I can't wait to once again bring you a high quality top-notch exercise experience in face to face classes at The First Place and 'Live' online from the comfort of your own home. Whatever your preference...I've got you covered. . It will be just like old times.. with some new important changes that will ensure we all stay safe. The new 'Welcome back' Group Exercise and Fitness Class Timetable will give us a chance to; re-orientate, re-connect, build confidence and build our strength and fitness back up. . I want to reassure you that from the 1st August the doors at the First Place will be open with the highest safety standards in place. . It's my top priority. Things will have to operate a little differently to what you are used to for a while, but it's exciting.. that feeling you'll soon be able to jump back into your favorite classes, knowing that all the important stuff has been taken care of and you can enjoy the positive energy, vibrant atmosphere and all the marvelous mind and body benefits of attending classes. .
