Set your goal and imagine what it will feel like when you have achieved it. Then forget it and spend all of your time, energy and focus on the steps each day that will take you towards your goal. Be consistent, be patient.
CONQUER FEELINGS OF BEING OVERWHELMED
Trying to change and do everything at once is definitely setting yourself up for failure. Pick one thing, change it, master it, create new habits and then move onto the next. Small steps = big results over time.
STEPPING OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE
If you keep doing what you’ve always done nothing will change, our brains love to keep us in our comfort zones because it takes less energy. Doing something new can feel uncomfortable, nerve wrecking but it will get easier as your confidence grows. Step out of your comfort zone, do things differently and change will happen.
