2019 Group Exercise Classes on the Timetable include; ‘Bounce n Burn’ Mini Trampoline Fitness, Aerial Yoga, IN10SITY® HIIT with GRIT, Foam Rolling , Deep Stretches & Core Training, Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump & HIIT, Blitz, Combat & HIIT, Step, Mission to Condition, Zumba® Dance, Power Pump Circuit & Interval Training & Club Core & More.
*** All classes are open & pay as you go from £4-£8 for men & women.
*** I provide all the kit including weights, balls, steps & mats for Yoga & Pilates.

9.15-10.00am- Club Core & More + Food, Fitness, Body Tone, Core Strength, Nutrition, Behaviour & Motivation, Fat loss & Personal Measurements Tracking
10.00-11.00am- Zumba Dance®
11.00-12. 00pm Beginners Pilates & Stretch
12.00-1.15pm- Body Pump & Tabata HIIT working with weights for body tone & intervals for fat loss
1.30-2. 30pm- Aerial Yoga for beginners
5.00- 5.45pm- IN1OSITY HIIT
5.45-6.15pm- ULTIMATE Abs Blast- Tone up your stomach, flatter Abs
6.15-7.15pm- Yoga- to release deep tension in your muscles & improve your flexibility ideal for RUNNERS,
