I am now able to offer you Aerial Yoga alongside all our other classes.
NEW AERIAL YOGA Beginners Induction Training in May Dates below At The Kirkland Centre, Kendal- Aerial Yoga Studio . Beginners Training Inductions start 11 May After you have attended an Aerial Yoga induction you are qualified to attend any Aerial classes starting 8 June 2022. . What do we do in Aerial Yoga class? Deeply stretch all of your muscles & your spine with the use of the aerial swing & your own body weight. Whilst being supported by the aerial silk you are able to go deeper into each stretch improving your flexibility without increasing muscle tension, releasing muscular tension leaving you feeling invigorated & less stiff, increasing your mobility, core strength & body condition in a unique way that is very uplifting. . Who can attend induction/classes: • Men & women over the age of 16 years can attend. . Who cannot attend induction/classes: • If you are pregnant, have vertigo or any ear related infection. . Induction training & classes venue: The Aerial Yoga Studio at The Kirkland Centre, Kendal, LA9 5AF, on-site parking, changing, showering & tanning facilities available. . How do I make a booking & pay? Places are on a first booked first served basis.
