REBOUNDER MINI TRAMPOLINE- LEVEL 1

Mission to Condition is a full body conditioning class. It uses hand weights to create body tone and muscle definition. Arms, waist, back, outer and inner thighs, glutes are all exercised and worked in this steady paced motivating class. It includes standing, moving and mat exercises.
PILATES BEGINNERS MATWORK - LEVEL 1
Start your Pilates journey here with an introduction; posture, alignment, mobility, muscle awareness and core connection. Learn the basics, breathing and undertake exercise on the mat to build your strength, stretch away tension and lengthen your spine.
GENTLE YOGA BEGINNERS
