Experience a wide variety of mind and body fitness classes in the comfort of your own home. 

What do you need to enjoy a 'Live' Class?

  1. A computer with internet connection.

  2. A  googlemail email account

  3. All classes are held in 'real time' on Google Meet.

How to book a 'Live' class? It's easy..

  • Click 'Book Now', add your class code, date and send your email.

  • I will confirm your place and then you can pay for your classes online.

  • Classes must be booked and paid for at least one day in advance.

  • Places are limited in number. You can book as many classes as you like.

  • 5 minutes before the start of each class I will email you, click 'accept' and you will join me live in The Online Live Studio ready to enjoy your class. You will see me instantly on your screen and I will be able to see you.
